The food is good. The service from the kitchen is very very slow. It took 40 minutes to get bacon cheeseburger. The wait staff just kept saying it's on the way. For anyone who has only an hour for lunch, you may want to call your order in at least a 1/2 hour before you get there. Kitchen staff, get it together or your going to lose my money.
Don't let the exterior fool you--this might not have all the slick decor of the big city, but it's definitely been updated inside and is well maintained and clean if you can overlook some repairs in your booth upholstery. The menu is a little limited (I wished for a sandwich/burger cheese option beyond American) but what they have is really great. The burgers are top notch--my guacamole bacon cheeseburger hit the spot--and the potatoes are unbelievable. Their straight fries are cut fresh in-house, among the best I've eaten lately; the ribbon fries are like a beautiful string of the best homemade potato chips ever. Portions are generous and the kids menu is reasonable as well. Several high chairs and booster seats are easy to find, but no changing table that I saw (but to be fair, I didn't ask). The chili cheese fries we saw another patron order as his whole meal looked to die for, and he was clearly a regular. We'll definitely be back!
I had the Bbq pulled pork sandwich and it was great! The service is really friendly! Great Mexican food also!
